Our handcrafted items are made to order so please be patient. In most cases orders will ship out within 3-5 days. For any questions, please contact us via email. Please note that we cannot control the weather, so we ask that you allow your items to sit for about 24 hours before use. If the butters/balms melt it could cause them to become gritty. If that happens contact us and we can let you know how that can be fixed. 

For apparel, we use a third-party printing company so it will ship from a different address then our handcrafted items.  

At this time we do not have return policy in place. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us so we can make it right.
